An order is considered accepted only after payment is received and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing or technical errors, non-availability of stock, incomplete or incorrect customer information, or suspected fraudulent transactions. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout, and orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We may ship internationally only when payment is made in INR, and any customs duties, taxes or import charges in the destination country must be borne by the buyer. All product designs, photographs, descriptions and website content are the intellectual property of Chudamani, and reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners, damage due to mishandling after delivery, or variation in colours due to screen display differences. Customers are responsible for providing correct address and contact information, being available to receive delivery, and reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
