Since our products are handmade, dispatch time varies depending on the nature of the product. Ready products are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, while customised or made-to-order items may take between 7–15 working days or more depending on the complexity of the design. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier partner and may range from 3–10 working days within India. Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes or other logistic issues are beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched. In the event that a product is received in damaged condition, the customer must share an unboxing video and photographs within 24–48 hours of delivery for review. After verification, an appropriate resolution, such as replacement or refund, will be communicated.
