At Chudamani, each product is handmade, and slight variations are natural. Returns are accepted only in cases where the wrong product has been delivered, the product received is damaged or defective, or there is a major design mismatch from what was described. Returns are not accepted for minor colour or texture variations, change of mind, or products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, including customised or personalised orders. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and clear photographs as proof of damage or issue. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received by us and passes quality inspection. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit where applicable. The quality check process may take 3–5 working days after receipt of the product, and refunds are generally initiated within 2–7 working days thereafter. Orders placed with Chudamani may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customised and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances, as they are created specifically on request. In the event of a valid cancellation request for a prepaid order, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment. We also reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing or technical errors, non-availability of products, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If such a cancellation is initiated from our end, the customer will be informed and the amount, if paid, will be refunded.
